As
CEO, Gunter von Doring has lead Doring Incorporated to 16
successful years of construction management and a multitude
of associated services. Backed by an extensive education,
both domestic and abroad, Mr. von Doring provides executive
leadership to effectively execute ongoing and new projects.
He has over 40 years of experience in the administration
and management of commercial, industrial and institutional
construction including major renovation projects.
Duane
R. Chyz, President
As
President, Duane R. Chyz is responsible for all functions
of corporate operations including determining corporate
objectives and policies, performing the primary disciplines
of project development, coordinating and integrating all
production of projects and providing guidance and assistance
to all company staff. He brings over 25 years of experience
in the construction industry including field operations,
scheduling, estimating of site and utilities, building renovations,
and new commercial/ institutional projects.
Gerold
Chyz, Vice President
As
Vice President, Gerold Chyz is responsible for directing
the development of project staff, organizing and overseeing
on-site project administration, organizing and coordinating
field supervision, assisting in the procurement of subcontractors
and suppliers, maintaining and communicating the progress
schedule, and managing the direct labor force and relations
therein. He brings over 26 years of experience in the construction
industry.
Greg
Grenier, Project Manager
As
Project Manager, Greg Grenier is responsible for generating,
securing, or otherwise confirming all information needed
to create, monitor and modify the project progress schedule
on a continuous basis and develop scope reviews of the various
bid packages to properly coordinate their respective interfaces.
In addition, his role requires the monitoring of the performance
of the company's purchasing and project engineering functions
to ensure that all subcontracts, material purchases, submittals,
deliveries, clarifications, and changes are processed properly.
Mr. Grenier brings over 24 years of experience in the construction
